I, Lawrence Martin Andrews, operate Yowowbit and provide printed-to-order products to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Product Information

All items at Yowowbit are printed-to-order. I strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate; however, I do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Yowowbit accepts major payment methods through Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other supported cards.
You must provide accurate billing and shipping information during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time
Production time for all printed-to-order items is 1–2 days.

Shipping Time
United States customers: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days.
United Kingdom customers: Estimated delivery time is 8-12 days.

Shipping Fees
Flat shipping fee for all orders is $8.50.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Incorrect Address
I am not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information submitted during checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications to order details are not allowed.
You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. After 6 hours, cancellations are no longer possible because production begins quickly.

Customer Information and Privacy

Your personal information is used only for order processing, customer support, and optional marketing if you choose to opt in.
I do not share your information with third parties except where required by law.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices include applicable taxes.
Depending on your country of residence, additional customs fees, import duties, or shipping taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any fees charged at delivery.
