Refund policy
I always strive to improve the quality of my services. Below is my return and refund policy:
Return Timeframe
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to request an exchange or return.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains.
The product must be securely packaged when returned.
Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
Once I confirm your return request, I will provide you with the necessary shipping details to send the product back to me.
If you choose your own shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use the shipping provider I recommend, I will cover the return shipping costs.
After I receive the returned product, I will inspect its condition before processing your refund.
Refund Timeframe
After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications to the order details are not allowed.
Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, I cannot update shipping information, change items, or make any adjustments.
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.
Failed Delivery
If your item has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact me to request a free replacement or a full refund for your purchase.
(Note: This policy does not cover delivery failures resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or packages lost due to customer error.)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used or damaged due to customer error will not be eligible for return or refund.
